She says she works out four times a week, no matter what. “For me, wellness is a big part of my mental well-being,” she said. Over the last eight years, she has been doing Pilates, which she says has helped with her overall health. “Pilates really helped me feel better in all ways,” she adds, mainly because of the core strengthening effect and the flexibility that it offers. Where before, she used to focus on weightlifting, she finds Pilates better as her body evolves with age.
